Alison Westwood - Formerly a practicing lawyer, Alison is a lifelong nature lover and full-time artist.
Alison enjoys the luminous and textural quality of working with oil paint. Her work is characterised by strong lines, gestural brush strokes and a harmonious earthy palette taking inspiration from her direct experiences in landscape and observations of natural forms.
Alison is based in Melbourne, Victoria, living and working part time in Mount Beauty, North East Victoria as well as in Orford on the East Coast of her home state of Tasmania.
