The work, Untitled Dreams is part of my Urban Dream series informed by story, conversation and travel. A trolley-crushed muselet from Vienna tells the story of travel with friends; a section from a comic strip is a nod to childhood. Strands of memories connect the past with the present.

My practice is influenced by stories, conversations, travel, landscape and urban activity. I use these encounters to present personal works on canvas, paper and board.

The public is meant to critique, consider, discuss, enjoy and view my work up close - preferably in a gallery space or studio setting. During the time of Covid-19, I was compelled to reconsider notions of how my art is to be encountered. Viewing Art online forced me to better understand or perhaps re-examine my meaning and purpose for making my art.
