Birgit Holdinghausen presents a collection of jewellery pieces born of a fascination of the spirit. Born in Siegen, Germany. Birgit completed her bachelor of fine art, majoring in metalsmithing in 1996 at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Traveling extensively, living and working in various countries around the world, has inspired the sculptural reconstruction of the powerful forms of the organic world, a recurrent motif repeated throughout Birgit’s work.

Using symbolism to bridge the gap between the primal mind, the soul and consciousness, the works are here to inspire a love for nature and to keep enforcing the Beauty that must be respected, cherished and protected.
