My practice focuses on high-resolution scanning and dissection of motherboards. Motherboard imprints are repurposed as illustrative tools or brushstrokes, dissected into thousands of components fused together for each artwork.

Antique engravings are scanned as the host subject for the motherboard components, informing a cartographic colonisation of those engravings.

A hybrid visual language emerges where memory, machine and myth converge.

My ongoing fascination with motherboards arrives at a potent juncture in the evolution of art, when AI is cannibalising it. Yet to make my art, I need to destroy the machinery I use to make my art.
