Helen Reeves is a collage artist who lives at Mount Eccles in the Strzelecki Ranges of South Gippsland, as well as in Melbourne. She has a B.Ed. (Art & Craft) from Melbourne State College. Her training in textiles led her to collage, exploring pattern, shape, and texture. Her small-scale work invites a closer view and, in these works, noticing how aged paper, and ephemera creates intrigue, and how threads can enhance a surface.
